We're coming up to the August Bank Holiday weekend, Eat Out to Help Out has one more Monday left to run (sorry, we're fully booked folks) and talk has turned to yet another 'new normal', when the kids finally go back to school. We're very much hoping that our super reviews about how safe people have felt whilst staying with us over the last month will encourage you to book a little break once the beaches are a little less busy in September, or to finally venture out for dinner or lunch now the hoards have finished taking advantage of Rishi's lovely offer.
We're so thankful to have had a brilliant August. We've been so pleased to welcome so many people back through our wonderful new one-way system. We've had visitors from far and wide, both eaters and sleepers. And our fabulous team have really risen to the occasion, in what must be the strangest year in recent history.
We're delighted that we're fully booked for the August Bank Holiday weekend, but what about those of you who haven't got your holidday booked until next month, or those of you who haven't ventured out yet and who're looking for a delicious dish to cook at home this weekend?
Head Chef Peter has risen to the challenge once again.
Together with nifty Night Porter duo James & Gavin, our camera men and editing team, Peter has recorded another Master Class for you to watch and follow along in your own kitchen, this time, focussing on the main course.
This is a really gorgeous dish, perfect for summer. Roast Lamb with Roasted Mediterranean Vegetables and Sautéed Potatoes served with a Red Wine Jus. And published just in time for you to pop to the supermarket or add to your order for the weekend.
This lovely dish isn't on The Terrace menu at the moment, so it's a real treat to have a behind the scenes class in how to make it at home. Enjoy!
