Further to the Prime Minister's announcement at his 5pm briefing yesterday on Friday 20 March 2020, all our restaurants are now closed to non-residents.
We are very sad not to be able to welcome you to Café Cru Restaurant, The Terrace or Bar Fizz, but at the same time very relieved that, further to the Chancellor's announcement of the support available to businesses, we will be able to retain our fabulous team and reopen again to serve you once the coronavirus is over.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank our wonderful team, who make our family run hotel the amazing place that it is to work, rest and play. We know how much our guests, both business and leisure, resident and non feel at home at Imperial Hotel, and this unique, convivial atmosphere is something we couldn't achive without our amazing team.
We would also like to thank you, our loyal guests and friends for continuing to support us. It is our pleasure to provide you with outstanding accommodation and delicious food. We are truly passionate about providing you with the very best service, come rain or shine.
We will continue to monitor the situation over the coming weeks so that we can make ready to reopen with sparkling clean rooms and an even more delicious menu as soon as government advises us that it is safe to do so.
If you don't already follow us on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram, you might like to consider logging on. These sites are where you will most easily find our most up to date annoucements. The hotel website is updated frequently, and our events and offers page are always worth a look. Just because we are closed to non-residents does not mean that we'll be sitting back on our laurels. We are already planning all sorts of events such as another Murder Mystery nights, wine tastings, a wine weekend and fun festive activities ready for when we are allowed to reopen.
Please do all you can to stay safe and look after yourself.
Best wishes,
Nick & Aileen
