FLAMBÉ STARTER
Pan Seared Duck Breast (GF) £9.95
Sliced Barbary duck breast, flambéed in Dubonnet, served on a salad of pomegranate, orange, compressed cucumber and carrot julienne and finished with a mustard vinaigrette.

Fillet of Beef Stroganoff (GF) £24.50
Strips of beef fillet, flambéed with brandy, enveloped in "The Imperial" stroganoff sauce, and served with basmati rice.
