FLAMBÉ STARTER
Scampi Provencal, £9.95
Prime scampi, cooked in a Provençal sauce served with basmati rice.
FLAMBÉ MAIN
Sirloin Steak Diane, £28.95
A fully trimmed sirloin steak, flambéed at your table with brandy, accompanied by a Diane sauce laced with French mustard served with your chips or new boiled potatoes.
FLAMBÉ DESSERT
Crêpes Suzette, £11.50
2 crêpes flambéed in orange liqueur and caramel scented orange sauce, served with vanilla ice cream.
