Yes you can. We are happy to make recommendations but it is up to you who you use.
The couple who are getting married or civilly partnered must organise and pay for the Registrar with the Registry Office. You'll find the Registry Office on the first floor in The Library on Tolhouse Street, Great Yarmouth, NR30 2SH. You will need to book an appointment to make your arrangments - call 0344 800 8020. Don't leave this until the last minute! There are forms to fill in and documents to provide, and time limits on when things have to be done by before the big day. Better to be organised than disappointed ...

We have several rooms that are licensed. You can have you, your intended, two witnesses and the registrar, or up to 100 guests for a ceremony.
Sandown Suite:
Up to 100 people for a sit-down wedding breakfast.
Victoria Suite:
Up to 100 guests for a sit-down wedding breakfast where everyone can see who's making the speeches. We could squeeze a few more in if you don't mind a few guests having to peer round a pillar or not getting a perfect view. Talk to us about the options.
You can invite up to 150 guests for an evening reception with buffet. The minimum number for an evening reception is 60 guests. The buffet can be served in the same room, or in another function room.
Sort of. (But not during Covid restrictions however). If you talk to the Registrar, they are offering a new 'duo location wedding' whereby you can have the majority of your ceremony on the beach, as long as the official legal element is undertaken in one of our licensed rooms. It would be a very informal set-up on the beach - your guests would have to stand for example - and you might have to walk to and from the hotel during the ceremony. If this is something you'd like to do, we'd recommend you discuss this with the Registrar FIRST as there may also be other options, then talk it through with us. Different charges may apply. And we'd strongly recommend having Plan B up your sleeve in case the weather is inclement on the day. Wet sand doesn't go terribly well with a wedding dress or with posh sandals.
